Scouts and Parents,
First, I want to thank everyone who participated in the barn clean-up tonight, you all did a great job. The barn looks great!
Since we didn't get to finish all of the Klondike prep before 9pm, the scouts voted to have a quick meeting tomorrow night, 1/25, from 7:30 to 8pm to plan their meals for Klondike and divide food purchases for the sleds. If everyone arrives on time at 7:30pm, it shouldn't take long. We are checking to see what space is available, meanwhile, plan to meet at the Rectory Lounge unless we send an Email with a changed location.

I have also attached a copy of the Klondike information that contains the items required for each sled and the list of food items to be carried on each sled for the lunch. The list will also be posted on our troop Web site. Please read through all of the information, particularly the sled and food item lists.
NOTE: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE SLED AND FOOD LISTS! FOR EXAMPLE, EACH SLED NEEDS TO BRING A SUNDAY PAPER WITHOUT THE FUNNIES. YOU GET POINTS FOR EVERYTHING.
Please note, if you plan to attend and are not on the sled lists above, please contact me.
We will possibly need drivers to Ockanickon Friday night and would appreciate the help.
Plan to meet at the barn Friday night at 5:30pm to pack the trailer.
